Acquisition by Trelleborg Group successfully completed

We are pleased to inform you that the acquisition of the business operations of I.S.T. Group by the Trelleborg Group has been finalized on the 30th of November. 

As of the 01st of December 2022 Trelleborg will take over all business activities of I.S.T. Innovative Sewer Technologies GmbH and its subsidiaries namely I.S.T Iberica des Innovaciones, S.L.U, I.S.T Innovative Sewer Technologies Canada Inc. & I.S.T Skandinavia A/S. 

I.S.T Innovative Sewer Technologies GmbH business activities will be taken over by Trelleborg Sealing Profiles Germany GmbH from that date. Both Trelleborg and the I.S.T. team are very excited for the future development of the business and we look forward to supporting all our customers and business partners in the future.

Your contact persons and the corresponding telephone numbers will remain unchanged, the product range will also remain unchanged and the new e-mail addresses of the contact persons will be communicated shortly. For the transition period also the original I.S.T. website and the central e-mail address of I.S.T Innovative Sewer Technologies GmbH, Bochum will stay active (www.ist-web.com, info@ist-web.com).
